Generally, Main Street Theater holds auditions for each production by calling likely candidates currently in our actor files. To get in the actor files you should do one or all of the following.

1. If you are interested in auditioning for the Youth Theater (which requires daytime availability, non-Equity only), you should send a head shot and resume to:

2. If you are interested in the MainStage (Equity* and non-Equity), you should send a head shot and resume to :

   Houston, TX 77005

3. Audition for the co-operative auditions that are hosted by Stages Repertory Theatre, usually in the early summer. Watch Stages web site or the Houston Chronicle for more information. MST attends these auditions. If you audition here, you will still want to send information to the Youth Theater if you are interested in that program.
