Directions to MST - Rice Village 2540 Times Blvd.

From Southwest Houston (Sugar Land Area)
Take 59 North, pass the 610 Loop, and exit Kirby. Turn right onto Kirby. Cross Bissonnet and Sunset. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations).

From North Houston (The Woodlands/Downtown)
Take 45 South to 59 South and exit Kirby. Turn left onto Kirby.
Cross Bissonnet and Sunset. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations).

From Southeast Houston (Clear Lake/Galveston)
Take 45 North to 59 South and exit Kirby. Turn left onto Kirby. Cross Bissonnet and Sunset. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations).

From I-10 coming from the West (Katy)
Take 610 Loop South to 59 North and exit Kirby. Turn right onto Kirby. Cross Bissonnet and Sunset. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations).

From I-10 coming from the East (Beaumont)
Take 59 South and exit Kirby. Turn left onto Kirby. Cross Bissonnet and Sunset. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations).

From Main Street Theater at Chelsea Market
Turn left onto Montrose. Make a right on Bissonnet. Pass Shepard and Greenbriar. Turn left onto Kirby. Pass Sunset Blvd. When you reach Rice Blvd., go one more block to Times Blvd. (there's no traffic light). Turn left onto Times. MST is the third business on the left (next to Ovations)

Directions to MST - Chelsea Market 4617 Montrose Blvd.

From Highway 59 South (Kingwood)
Take 59 south and exit Fannin (after you pass downtown). Stay on Fannin until you reach Binz. Turn right on Binz (Binz will turn into Bissonnet in front of the Museum of Fine Arts). Turn right onto Montrose. Go through the light at Banks. The theater is located on your right in the Chelsea Market Center facing hwy 59. (If you cross over Hwy. 59 you have gone too far!)

From Highway 59 North (Sugarland)
Take 59 north and exit Main Street. Turn Right on Main Street. Turn right on Bissonnet. Turn right onto Montrose. Go through the light at Banks. The theater is located on your right in the Chelsea Market Center facing hwy 59. (If you cross over Hwy. 59 you have gone too far!)

From 45 South (The Woodlands)
Take 45 South to Hwy. 59 South. Exit Fannin. Stay on Fannin until you reach Binz. Turn right on Binz (Binz will turn into Bissonnet in front of the Museum of Fine Arts). Turn right onto Montrose. From I-10 East (Katy)
Exit Studemont. Go right on Studemont. Studemont turns into Montrose. The theater is located between Richmond and Banks on the left in the Chelsea Market Center facing Hwy. 59. (If you hit Bissonnet you have gone too far).

From I-10 West (Beaumont)
Exit Heights Blvd. Go to the traffic light at Heights Blvd. and U-turn under I-10. Continue on feeder road to Studemont and turn right (South). Studemont turns into Montrose. The theater is located between Richmond and Banks on the left in the Chelsea Market Center facing Hwy. 59. (If you hit Bissonnet you have gone too far).

**Please be aware that although you can see Main Street Theater at Chelsea Market from Hwy. 59 there is no exit off of the freeway onto Montrose.

From Main Street Theater in the Rice Village
Turn right onto Kirby. Make a right on Bissonnet. Pass Shepard and Greenbriar. Turn left onto Montrose. Go through the light at Banks. The theater is located on your right in the Chelsea Market Center facing hwy 59. (If you cross over Hwy. 59 you have gone too far!)
